This was a little big for my small frame but it did help my sore rotator cuff shoulder. I didn't wear it consistently though, but when I did wear it I got some comfort from it. After wearing it on and off for a few days, I did notice that my shoulder wasn't as sore.

As a female, this is wayy too big. It bunches us super weird and the strap that goes around the chest cannot sit right. Even if this did fit, it offers NO support at all. I was better off wrapping my shoulder myself. It was difficult to get on, and doesnt even do anything. I regret buying this, complete waste of money.

Listen to all reviews. It fits tight! Go up a size. I had help measuring and went by chart. It was cutting into my armpit all day. The arm band was also way too snug while adjusting it to the biggest fit. The worst was it cutting into my armpit though. Definitely size up for comfort. It does support your shoulder though. Just wish I had listened about sizing. Also, there was no weird smell at all. The quality was fine too.

Purchased:(Jan 2023 been using for year and a half) I don't know why but my shoulder started hurting ... age? arthritis? old injury? who knows? The bottom line was pain was affecting my enjoyment of summer yard work and other activities. I decided to try this after reading a gillion reviews. VERY PLEASED!! It fits well, I wear size 12 woman's blouse. It holds firm enough to still move comfortably and is easy to get ahold of the strap to secure it. I can wear it over or under a shirt and it isn't itchy or scratchy. I had used it daily for a few weeks and now it is a few times a week for a couple of hours. I can't say it was a cure all... nothing is. BUT, between using the brace adding gin-raisins, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, spa and stretching exercises I'm still moving!!

Really supportive and great fit, comfortable and the adjustable straps are easy to use. Nice touch to have a pocket for a heat/ice pack.

This item is very uncomfortable to wear. The arm strap itself is too small and comes loose. The strap that falls across the chest gets caught up my armpit and the friction caused a rash. Apart from the general discomfort the item does help with shoulder/rotator cuff support somewhat. Still don't think it is worth the purchase if you plan to wear it for exercise.

This shoulder brace/stabiliser is nice, it's got some good padding on it and it feels quite nice to the touch, but it does feel a uncomfortable as I am a big guy, and even though this should fit fine, it actually digs in to my skin a bit too much to be really helpful. Where this initially feels comfortable when you first put it on, it feels good and helps a little, but to maximise the proper use of it, the straps have to be snug, and for me to do that, I unfortunately end up having the straps and plastic on it dig in to my skin which makes it really uncomfortable after a couple minutes which doesn't really help with the fact it's supposed to stop pain. The main part is made from a neoprene type material that sits well and has a little give to it which is nice, but it's not overly breathable material as when I sweat it doesn't go anywhere and creates a a thin layer of wet skin which again feels really uncomfortable after a while. It does have some support and works well for a short period which is good because you wouldn't want this on all the time.

The fabric looks of good quality, soft and breathable, and the price is also good. I like it
