How would you attach this panel to a garment, please?

I am not sure as I haven’t used it yet but I imagine it should be trimmed and then sewn on to the garment, cushion etc.

How do you sew this item onto a dress

I haven’t used it yet but will hand sew all around the design and cut away the netting. Hope this helps.
