Clean, fresh, flavorful
I ordered several grain products from Be Still Farms. All of them were of excellent quality. I will be buying my grains from them from now on. This barley was fabulous, cooked up well, chewy, tasty, and the right kind of fiber (barley has roughly the same ratio of soluble to insoluble fiber as oats, but the soluble fiber is in an even healthier form). Worth Every Penny
