It is 15" high 8" Wide. The item is in the Amazon warehouse ready to ship, so I am unable to post a picture with a ruler.

Can his hat be removed?

I think so, I think it is just tacked on. But he is packed away with my Christmas decorations so I am not positive. He is adorable and really soft.
