Everything sold in the uk has to to be fit for purpose. If it fails due to manufacturing/design fault the retailer must replace/ repair. Everywhere in the EU this is the case for 2 years for electronic products, for the uk it’s indefinitely. If you buy anything through Amazon they honor this (it’s the law so they don’t have much choice). So you can safely always ignore the manufacturer warrantee/guarantee, it’s meaningless. They will never fix anything that’s your fault anyway, and if it’s their fault they legally have to anyway...

Why don’t it work with Xbox one s I bought this headset and it don’t work please help

Mine worked plug and play on the controller, remember to check the details on the setting on the xbox one to see if it is the audio set up properly

Why when i buy the console one because i have a xbox one it gives me the ps4&ps5 one
