This is a ridiculous question...small tablet...smaller than regular aspirin.

How many mg is this? Is that for one or two pills?

It's 8 mg, I cut it in half and take 4 mg daily, since I found out, I was deficient from my labs I had done. I wish amazon would list more pertinent information on supplements. When they don't, I google and get the info from other websites, like Vitacost and also I'm always looking for the best price and sometimes it's amazon and then it's not? I'm a bug bargain hunter when I buy on line :) good luck!
