Does this work in gale force winds please despite it not being vented thanks

Depends what you mean by gale-force but I live in Scotland which can be very stormy and have had no problems with this product.

is the UV/shade good with the UV protection umbrellas?

Hi. Yes. It is an umbrella which can shield from rain and sunlight.

Hi. What is weight of this umbrella? Thanks.

Don't know the exact weight but it's a lot heavier than a normal umbrella.

The button doesn’t work so the umbrella doesn’t close, how can I close it?

My button didn’t close the umbrella first time. Now it closes the material half, you then hold each end in separate hands and push the lower half of the stem Into the top half.
