Can i use this on top of atack fiberglass mesh for drywall repair instead of using spackle or putty?

This is basically intended for use in waterproofing seams and gaps between cement board or wonder board in showers or wet areas.Use on drywall would not let you sand seams properly as required to blend the area before paint and primee

No. This is used with a tile mastic adhesive as a waterproof bonding layer covering seams between adjoining sheets of tile backer boards on a shower wall before installing wall tiles. It's a thin foam layer and  there is no fiber strength that would allow the rigidity that is required for fiberglass work.

Will this work for rubber rv roof repair?

Thank you for sending an inquiry. Unfortunately, this tape is a membrane fabric sheet, which means that it is used for waterproofing bathroom walls during construction so you would need to plaster the tiles over it and you would need a liquid waterproofing membrane to apply it. The WAterproofing Membrane is for constructing bathroom and shower walls as they would act as a water barrier on the cement and tiles, thus preventing molding and spotting. This is therefore not for Rubber RV Roof Repair. For repairing RV roofs and other rubberized automobile surfaces, we would recommend our Butyl Tapes and Seal Repair Tapes.

Butyl tapes are made of Butyl adhesive which strongly seals boats, RV roofs, and automobile surfaces and will work great against acidic or highly alkaline environments.
