Homebrew Cola Extract - 2 fl oz

It weaned my addiction to Diet Coke. 3 drops, 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sugar and 12 ounces of seltzer water. It taste better than Diet Coke, has about 1 calorie, and none of the phenylalanine and aspartame. A more intense cola flavor? Just got another drop. The only thing I would recommend is if you could be able to use an eyedropper as a For future projects.

We use sodastream and wanted a caffeine free diet cola without the sucralose, so we tried making our own. The flavor is not quite right--something bitter in it that we don't enjoy. Might be better brewed with sugar, but not nutrasweet. So, good option but not my cuppa.

A bit of an off, "chemically" flavor. Provided instructions do not make for a pleasant, or properly carbonated drink.

I was looking for something to recreate Fizz and Co.’s Cola flavored soda water since they stopped making it. It’s perfect! I bought a 2oz bottle with an eye dropper, and filled it with this to make it easier. Just 2-3 drops of this in an 8 ounce glass of soda water was perfect! It doesn’t taste like coke directly, but that wasn’t my goal. I love it!

A very tasty cola. Pls do not buy if you're expecting Coke or Pepsi - this taste more like an old fashioned cola. It's creamier with a smoother flavour. I use it with my soda stream to create instant cola and then sweeten it with stevia extract. No calories and it tastes great! The ratio is 1tsp syrup : 1tsp liquid stevia: 1 liter carbonated water.

The bottle ' s seal was missing, like it was used or something and it leaked all over the package! I couldn't even read the instructions because they were covered in extract. It smells good but I'm afraid to use it. I will reorder but if it happens again I'm THROUGH!

Ok flavor, more like cheap cola. Will not buy again.

I have to start by admitting, I have never followed the instructions about actually BREWING the cola and going through all of the steps of getting authentic home-brewed cola. That being said, they flavor is pretty decent, not exactly name-brand cola flavor, but not bad. I bought it to ramp up the flavor of a cola flavored sparkling water I was buying to stand up to the flavor of rum in an unsweetened Rum & Cola. It worked great for that, just 1/8 teaspoon along with the 12oz can of sparkling water along with a shot of cola hit the spot for me - then they took the cola flavored sparkling water off the market, Aw Snap! So, sometimes I’ll add it to something else to give a cola flavor, remembering that a couple drops is nice, but more than that get “medicine-y”.
