And it does that trick... Okay. I'm usually more impressed with EH pedals. This one does a fair Univibe emulation, but it sounds a little thin, and the modulator wave is weird. When I take the intensity control past 50%, it's suddenly very effected, and not in a great way - really jerks the pitch in a less-than-musically-useful way. It's supposed to do chorus and vibrato, but the chorus setting is what I describe above, and the vibrato setting just seems to make the signal sound out of tune (I know, that's what vibrato is, essentially) at low speed, or un-musically burbly at high speed settings. I just can't seem to get a very realistic Univibe sound out of it, which is what I bought it for. More of a simulation than the "real thing", IMHO.

Love the subtle character this gives to my overall tone. I only use light vibrator and volume to boost

This is a great pedal to get close to the Univibe sound.

The modulation rise and fall rate is very fast. Regardless of what you adjust the speed to, the modulation rise and fall rate stays the same. Pretty dissapointed.

Nails those vibe tones. I got a Moog expression pedal, too- it really does the trick.

A little harsh sounding to me. Hard to get that subtle but noticeable retro univibe sound without it being overkill. The Black Cat vibe is my favorite. This is good but honestly I'm a bit disappointed.

Fuzz faceの前につなげるUni vibe系エフェクターを探していました。トゥルーバイパスを謳っていても、Fuzz faceの前につなぐと音が激変する機種もありましたが、こちらは大丈夫。音の抜けも良いようで、わたしの試したUni vibe系エフェクターの中では、Fuzz face との相性は一番良かったです。別付けとなりますがエクスプレッションペダルの効きも良いです。

As usual, a great EH product.

Was sceptical at first with a few reviews being negative but after trying this myself I couldn't be happier. I'm a Pink Floyd fan and somewhat of a sound snob so I wanted to get a uni-vibe that replicated (or near enough) the modulation they used in the 60/70s This pedal sounds great! Ok, it's not the original uni-v but this sounds awesome. It's going to be hard and costly to get the same as what they used in the old days but I think this pedal replicates to a good standard. The wave (swooshy wooshy) isn't overwhelming or underwhelming which gives it a good balance and stays true to the classic vibe sound. Also this isn't £200+ like some of the other boutique pedals that do the same thing, which makes this a bargain. The only issue is that there is a slight hiss sound from the tempo light which you can just about hear when you stop playing.
