Can i get exact measurements of both grills

I currently own a 2017 Nissan Maxima. I can’t remember the dimensions of the grills on my 2007 but they fit perfectly upper and lower.

Does it fit with license plate

You'd need to modify the bracket slightly, but yes. Doesn't look as good though.

Can you still attach the Nissan emblem?

I don’t think so unless you kind of rig it up. My emblem was actually attached to my factory grill and there was no way to get it off.
