So pleased with this! It’s a little more expensive than similar looking one I had to return because of leakage at both the inlet and the valve, but this one has absolutely no leakage and functions flawlessly. It’s sold metal construction all over, including the selector knob which moves smoothly and allows for use of BOTH shower heads simultaneously! It comes nicely boxed and includes everything necessary for installation (see my pictures). I only used a small amount of the included plumbers tape on the wall arm water outlet. Only one of the 4 included rubber washers was necessary for a simple, leak free installation. I highly recommend this diverter valve. It’s worth the slight extra cost to for a headache free one time installation!

This is a very well made valve, with solid yet easy to use switching between shower head and wand. Stainless steel, so should hold up for years.

Solid construction, hefty but not heavy, beautiful and durable finish, easy installation and adjustment, ergonomic design, smooth action that feels good in your hand,and flawless operation with good flow and no leaks. Not cheap but worth every penny. Look no further and just buy this one!

This replacement is outstanding, easy to install and operate. We have an attached handheld sprayer I installed and this switching device is great.

Excellent quality. Supports an 11" extension with shower head. Also, the dog shower sprayer when needed. No leaks. I may buy another just to have. Other diverters I've purchased were just chromed plastic and did not last long. This diverter is exactly what we needed and very happy with.

Diverter was supposed to have 1 x inlet and 2 x outlets all sized 1/2" as per product description and specifications. Upon receiving the parts, only one outlet was 1/2". The inlet and the other outlet were larger (could be 7/8" but not sure). Contacted the seller, and their reply was not relevant just explaining how to operate the diverter. Out everything back in the box and sent back as a return.

As described, works as it should

I unfortunately have just had the same issue as a reviewer below. Only one of the three outlets is 1/2 " I am returning this to Amazon and will purchase another one that is correct.
