is good for minecraft pvp?

It's amazing for all games. The fact that its low weight and has a very customizable dpi means that it's great for gaming, especially FPS games or minecraft pvp.

I saw some reviews that people got used product, and this product seems $20 cheaper than others. Is this repackaging or openbox item?

I'd stay away from "refurbished" or used logitech mice. Every time I've bought a second hand mouse I was only able to use it for 4 months max before the scroll and clicking issues began. And forget about claiming any warranty. Better to just buy it new and have a warranty coverage and get a replacement if any issues arise over having to trash the 2nd hand mouse after just a few months.

Are there compatible HyperGlides for these?

Yes I have this mouse and have bought hyperglides for them twice with no issues. Just get them off EBay, easy. They usually come in packs of two as well.
