I bought this laptop stand because my friend had one and I fell in love with this! It is of light weight, easy to setup and it a good value for the money. I can use it at any location I want but it is great when I am at my bed. It also would make a perfect present for anyone.

So far I've only used it to lift up a monitor. It's stable and holds my monitor well. Much easier than some previous ones I've used, and gives you the ability to set as a very custom height, not built in intervals as others have.

I bought this for a period of time where I had to lay in bed for a lot of the day but did not want to rest my laptop on my chest. It works pretty well and is sturdy. It fits most laptops reasonably well, I had an older 15.6 inch gaming laptop and it fit decently well, they include clips to help keep it from sliding off the edge if you have a very large laptop. One thing I noted is going to be a matter of personal opinion, but I struggled to find a great position to set it up in. There are multiple joints so you can adjust it a lot, but there is some limit based on position. I usually wound up shifting it between two positions depending on how flat I was laying vs how much I was trying to sit up on a given day. Like I said, this will depend a lot on your body size and how you're using it. Overall I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Very sturdy and grips the laptop well

I would have given it four stars but I bought one “used-like new” and it absolutely was not like new. The front corner was dented, there was a nick in the black paint in front center, and both plastic clips were broken when I opened the box. I mean what the *@&! Amazon?? Anyway, the stand is pretty solid. I have a huge new gaming laptop and I needed a stand for it while it sits on my desk when I use an external monitor. At first I thought the stand seemed a little flimsy when the beast was on it, but it really didn’t move too much and I feel comfortable with it. There are so many ways to adjust the legs as well. I also tried using it while sitting in bed and it worked perfectly for that too. Overall I’d say it’s a good stand. Seems like it’s priced at the top end of reasonable but you get what you pay for. I recommend this item.

The measurements of the product on the website are wrong. The height is wrong and the measurement of the width is misleading. The manufacturer has not credited my credit card and has informed me that that can only be done in June in spite of the fact that the product was returned to the company in May (shipped on May 12th 2014). I would have never ordered this product if the information had been given on your website had been correct. 1) The height provided is incorrect. It becomes 24 inches only for certain uses. I wanted to use this for a computer and it does not become high enough for me seeing that I am 5 foot 2 inches in height. ( " very tall ? "). 2 ) The width of the surface is incorrect. It is not clearly stated that that the size in your description includes the legs. The size is much narrower--by 4 inches which makes a big difference for me. Apart from these inconsistencies I am certain that you can credit me as soon as you receive this package if you really wanted to. I am certain that you are familiar with the fact that using today's technology it is possible to do this from any location worldwide. If you are unable to do this I suggest that you contact your website administrator or your local Community College and take some classes about updating your technology. Failing that I am certain that you can find out how to do this. I will ship the products to you today and I expect you to credit my credit card immediately upon receipt of the package. Because of the incorrect information given on your website I am certain that you will see your way clear to crediting me with all shipping costs including the cost of returning the items to you. Love this stand. Can use it on my lap while watching TV and not get a backache. I have had this model previously and it put up with abuse for over 2 years before I had to replace it.

I use it to hold my iPad while I’m sitting in my chair and it works great.

This is a fantastic stand! It's really sturdy and very versatile. We use it primarily to code lying in bed and it works so great for that! I'm sure it'll work great in any other configuration too!

This design is genius, definitely the best bed stand for my laptop out of the several I had. Fully adjustable, transformable into different configurations, usable on bed and on table (to bring laptop higher up to eyes level and not hunch over it). Can be used with monitors too. I'm absolutely happy with it.

Absolutely amazing. Gets the correct angle and height for reading. I’m using it with my books, tablets and laptop. The legs and laptop resting is made of aluminum metal. It’s extremely lightweight. Easy to move or to carry around. The hinges are made of abs plastic. So it needs to be handled with care and respect.

Light but does not feel flimsy. An useful product.
