Can anyone tell me if size 16 in this item is regular size 16 or 16W?

I buy ONE size smaller in these jeans. If you usually wear 16, you might like the fit of the size 14. (And no, they are not 16W, just regular 16.)

I want to order more of these jeans but the length is too short. can i order longer jeans in a 14. I am 5'10"?

I am 5'9 and have the 14 Long which are 34" and perfect. Length to spare which doesn't happen too often.
