Magic ice
Have used these for years and they’re excellent for immediate treatment of bumps, bruises, aches and strains. I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold. They stay cold for about 20 mins then just pop them in the bin. No mess, no fuss and far more convenient than using a bag of frozen peas. I always keep a couple in my gym bag.

Great value for money! Bought when I fractured my foot and these helped ease the pain. They’re very convenient and really do get ice cold. Exactly as described and work well!

Article livré dans les temps avec date de péremption. J'ai testé un sachet . Cela devient froid mais cela ne dure pas très longtemps. Il serait bon de préciser la durée pour une description plus complète. . j'en ai jamais dans mon sac à dos.trop lourd en poids Je ne recommande pas très déçus de cet achat
