I occasionally get into some weird routine where I cannot sleep past 2 a.m. I take one of these and get a full night's sleep. When I wake in the morning I feel rested and not lethargic; I have recommended these to several friends and family members and they all agree this is a good product to get a night's sleep;

I’ve been suffering from insomnia. Nothing really helps. I had an Rx that helped but I hated the side effects and my insomnia seemed much worse after I stopped taking it. I tried this for the first time last night and I am stunned by how well it works. I felt I should write this review for anyone who has suffered. If anything changes I will update my review. Hopefully this will be the end of my daytime brain fog and other symptoms from not sleeping. Update: night 2 it did not work as well. Update: I have noticed that they work really well when I don’t do anything or use my phone after taking them. Otherwise not as well. So they won’t put me to sleep but they will help me sleep when I get in bed with the intention to only sleep. Overall they have been a tremendous help.

I like that this pill doesn’t make me feel groggy the next day when I wake up. That is a great benefit of this product! But aside from that, I have to take 2 pills every night, because one as recommended doesn’t work, at least for me. And even taking 2 capsules, I only sleep continuously In spurs of only 3 hours during the night. After I take the 2 capsules, I fall sleep for 2 or 3 hours, then I am completely awake! After I read my book, or toss & torn for a a couple of hours, I fall sleep again and maybe sleep for another 3 more hours. So, the sleep is not continuous, long lasting, or uninterrupted. But I am giving it a few more months of taking it, to see if something changes!

It helped me fall asleep at one point. After a while my body started getting used to it and it no longer works.

This is a TRUE REVIEW, I have not been offered any incentives to write this! I have “Chronic Insomnia”. I take prescription medication for this. I was out of medicine & had basically been up for 3 days with about 5 hours of sleep in those 3 days. I was looking for a sleep aid. I found this one on Amazon. I have a high tolerance, so not many things work for me, until I found this... This product is AMAZING!!! NO EXAGGERATION AT ALL!!! It is extremely hard for me to go to sleep. After being up for 3 days I took 2 of these. It did not take long at all to start working. After 30 minutes I was sleepy. With my high tolerance, 2 pills did the trick for me. I LITERALLY SLEPT ALL NIGHT!!!! Thank you to whoever created this product. I don’t have to worry about not getting sleep anymore. I am very grateful to Amazon & for this products. This is definitely a re-purchase for me. I recommend this if you suffer from insomnia like me.

I have only been on this product for a few days. I have been using the same brands regular melatonin for several months. Not 100% good. I'll give this a chance however there isn't a lot of any transparency on the ingredients in the one layer. And that appears to be the problem. I am older. I also have other issues that I try to control with bladder. So I watch my intake and what I drink and when a few hours before bedtime. Well all 4 herbals that they use in this are also diuretics. So I have not gotten a full night's sleep at all. And I have been up more. Not what I was looking for. I'm hoping this adjusts and I will give it a couple of weeks but please be more transparent in your ingredients. Update! I fall asleep and the multiple times I have to get up I go back to sleep but where I could get up to 4-5 hours of sleep it's now 1 to 1.5 hours regardless of what I have had to drink during the day. The herbals are diuretics and 4 combined is actually making my sleep worse. I keep saying give it more time but someone at the company needs to reinvent this. Frankly if you need 4 herbals to get to relax and get to sleep that's overkill! Definitely not buying this again. Will possibly order what I was using from this brand but will also look at other brands now?

I used to get a solid 7-8 hours of quality sleep a night. Once menopause hit, I was lucky if I could string 2-3 hours of sleep together. I tried CBD and melatonin gummies and I was lucky if they worked at least one night and it was really taking its toll on me after 5 months. I purposely waited to write a review in case it was a fluke but these tablets have really made a huge difference for not only going to sleep but especially for staying asleep. The first week, I took a whole tablet each night and then the second week, I cut down to half a tablet at night. Now I am on half a tablet every other night and still getting great sleep!

These are kinda pricey but my son has a hard time sleeping and these work great he would wake up with other brads with these he said he sleeps through the night with no problem!
