QuickFit 2 Pack Dumbbell Workout Exercise Poster - Volume 1 & 2 - LAMINATED 18" x 24"

These dumbbell charts have been a life saver for me since my gym closed because of Covid 19. This is my first time using dumbbells & I find the figures on the charts very easy to follow & the charts tells you the muscle groups you are exercising per exercise. The charts are very well made...laminated, sturdy & easy to put on the wall. I highly recommend these charts!

Would work nicely for a home gym if you had a place to display them

I use these nearly every day. I love that these exercises are back to the basics. They are perfect for writing on each time you workout, too! Good size, great quality.

I have a workout room in my basement. I have been wanting a program for dumbbells and this is just what I was looking for in a set up. I hung these on a wall with pushpins. They are laminated. They aren't a flimsy piece of paper which I like. They are clear and show how to do each lift. It is a complete body workout. I focused on upper body and back yesterday and like that I can then target lower body and core another day. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great Workout Posters. Have most full body Dumbbell Exercises, as well full body Calisthenics. Great value for the money. Fully laminated and quality and appearance. Thinking of framing them, since there are exercises of both sides for ease of reference. Highly recommended for someone that workout at home or someone that wants to build a routine to follow up at the Gym.

Beautiful good quality poster.

These two posters were great additions to our workout space. They have so many good exercises for different muscles, and were a breeze to hang. The only nitpick we have with these is that one corners is slightly separated from the back side laminate. It's a minor detail and easy to fix with a piece of tape.

Overall they are good, but the posters are double-sided. How in the world do you hang a double-sided poster?

With a little common sense this is a decent product. It does lack some detail but if you have any experience with weight training it's a handy chart to help plan workouts.

As described lots of exercises, good size and good quality laminate. Arrived earlier than expected.
