Same as the previous book. It's a good book.it helps in increasing one's vocabulary. It is meant for high school graduates

Not only the cover but the inside of the book is interesting as well. This book has pronunciation tactics and a good understanding of English Language such as vowels, consonants, parts of speech and word etymology. Feels like you are taking lessons from a great teacher as the book is divided into sessions. Each session has right amount of exercises for you to know the etymology of a number of words. The writer has used the method of programmed learning really well. You don’t even realize how much knowledge you are gaining after each session. Really helpful for people who have hard time in speaking and understanding english.This book is good for academics and competitive exams preparation as well. Overall a must have on your book shelf.

This book helps people understand roots of each words which makes it easy to learn. But the book has minor damage at edges. overall it's a good book for english in intermediate level. This book is not for beginners ❤️

です。みなさん書かれているように、繰り返して覚えるように工夫されています。 ノートかコピー用紙でもなんでも良いので、書いて覚えるようにしたら身につくと思います。ただ、日常生活であまり使わない単語も含まれているので、やるなら一気にやったほうがいいかもです。一度やると(間違いなく)単語学習の視野が広がります。この本で単語をいくつ覚えられるかというよりは、単語帳でずらっと並べられた単語帳が苦手な方(私) へ、新しい単語学習の選択肢を与えてくれる本、という感じです。 相性がよければWord Power Made Easyへぜひ。

If you truly want to expand your vocabulary, this is the book to get. It's not just about remembering a bunch of words. It's about learning Greek and Latin roots so that with that knowledge and with an understanding of the context, you can often figure what a word means without running to a dictionary. It was a required text when I taught interpreting. I will warn you that the drills are boring. Do them anyway. Did that sound like a teacher?
