Pricey, for a mug but then again I'd say 90% of the time you get what you pay for! Seem very well made and arrived on time and in good shape which I was surprised with since the two I ordered were also contained within a box that shipped a 25 pound bag of dog food! The product described was exactly what I received. It does indeed conduct cold extremely well and the wife uses hers for just about any cold drink EXCEPT mules! Made a few miles from the enclosed recipe cards and have yet to try the others but am looking forward to it. As I stated very well made and can't detect any flaws. I wish Amazon would have sent them in a separate shipping container as I think placing them in with 25 pounds of other goods was an accident waiting to happen but guess I lucked out so no harm done. I was expecting to see a dented mug or at least a bent handle when I took them out. Anyways, good product and reccomended. I hear their customer service is highly rated as well, hopefully I won't have to use them. Oh, just make sure you hand wash these babies too. Treat them with respect. I do as by far and away the most expensive drinking cups we own!

I came across some interesting information about copper mug being the best vessel for your daily water use. That being said, I did my research and stumbled upon this fantastic mug. It keeps my water and other beverages cold. It's the real deal. In addition I am happy that the handle is big enough for me to hold comfortably, where as I came across other copper mugs in pier one and home goods that the mug handle was narrow. I paid the $18 for one mug cause I wanted to get it right the first time, and to my delight it was worth it...

I ordered this to give to my wife for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary (I started over after 25 years...Copper is for the 7th anniversary). The first mug had a manufacturer's defect that my wife noticed and though it did not affect the function, I decided to see if the company would mind if I returned it for another. This company is bent on customer satisfaction and I had absolutely no issues with returning the mug and getting another in exchange. It is beautiful to look at and helps to keep beverages cold. While we are not heavy users of alcohol, we did buy some Ginger Beer and have found that we like the taste (neither my wife or I had every heard of it before). So all around we are pleased with the product but especially with the customer focus that they provided. There are a number of providers for this type of product on Amazon but you won't go wrong if you select this one!

Great cup overall, really keeps drinks cold in that classic way. Almost perfect except 1) the handle is a little thin/round but still easy to hold, and 2) one of ours had a little ring of black on the bottom inside but it seemed safe and more of a normal blemish which seems to be expected. May grab a couple more sometime soon.

Ordered 1 mug to see if it was going to be ones I would like. Loved it and then ordered more and didn’t get the same one I ordered first and even used the same link. I wanted the 16oz and received 24 ounce ones

These are the best copper mugs I own! They are solid copper with a nice handle and will keep your drink cold and tasty. They are the only mugs you should buy if you are a true Moscow Mule fan. Great weight and quality too. They come with some recipe cards but anyone can make a yummy mule with any concoctions in these classic mugs.

Very well made,beautiful finish. I like that the mugs were not lined with another alloy. For the money, they were perfect. I found no imperfections at all in the mugs. If they are taken care of properly, they should last me for many years. They should be washed and towel dried after each use. They look great setting on the shelf when not in use.
