This would be a good cable for the price
Was two stars but upgraded to four stars because customer service is excellent! (Update to review, the seller is going to update the product description and also they may manufacture the product I am after, they were really nice and quick to deal with, will buy from them again) The y-split is 30cm away from the mono plugs meaning you have 1.7m single cable and 30cm after the split for the two single mono plugs. Sent back as I need a split next to the mini stereo jack. The description should say the length and split position. Saying all that, the product looks well made so if you only need a 30cm split, this would be a good cable for the price.

Robust, reaonable quality electrically and really slim 3.5mm jack body
I am surprised to give this a five star review. However, it is absolutely worth that. The quality is OK - and given its coming from a 3.5mm TRS then quality will never be amazing. But, ... The things that have wowed me with this cable and encouragement us to buy more from this manufacturer are: Robust Small format of teh 3.5mm plug which is so useful in some applications Coils and lays well at events

Pay attention to the very short cable length between the 1/4" jacks
I think the product is actually good. It's durable, sound is great, I feel good about the quality. Just wish I had known how it's designed. I bought this cable to setup studio monitors for a digital audio workstation. It was recommended by Amazon for this purpose, so I just added it to the cart, trusting that it would work. We were really disappointed to begin setting up the new monitors only to realize that the 1/4" jack splits at a ridiculously short distance, so it's impossible to setup the monitors in any useful configuration. Our solution: we cut off one of the 1/4" jacks, and then pushed the bare wires into the female jack of an XLR cable, and used XLR for one speaker, 1/4" for the other. It sounds great, works great, but this is still pretty frustrating.

Okay, not had these longs, but they feel like they will last. Connections are good and tight, and cable not over flimsy. Good value for what they cost
