The product seemed somewhat a tad bit expensive, but it is handcrafted so it was worth it to us. We all have our own mugs and my daughter had asked for one for Christmas. She loved it! We got some llama gummy’s to put in the mug as well. Very cute mug! Packaging was adorable. Unfortunately, my husband placed it in the dishwasher and ruined the design. The mug is still usable and It still deserves a 5 star review! It would make a great gift! I would recommend paying attention to the instructions and recommendations prior to use and wash!

Come on, color changing mug that is thankfully not made of fleamarket plastic. There's no need for an essay on this one. It's cute. Your friend will be delighted even if they aren't a llama fanatic like my friend happened to be. Quality is up to par with any good mug you've owned before - as they should be.

It seems very sturdy. It’s a gift for our granddaughter so I can’t say about the color change. But it’s definitely cute!

Not dishwasher safe. It says it on the insert. So it’s not the manufacturers fault. But I don’t know, mugs should be first, functional. It very nice and good quality, but it can’t function as a mug for me. It will stay as a decorative piece in my fancy mug cabinet.

Bought this as a gift for a llama fan. Although I haven't given the gift yet, I am happy to report that I received the mug in a timely fashion, nicely packaged, and in good condition. It is adorable and I am sure they will love it!

The product is nice, but the box it came in was all ripped up and mangled when it arrived. Normally I would not care since the cup was somehow OK, but this is a gift and the box that tells you about how the cup changes colors etc. is all ripped up and trashy looking.

My Christmas present to my manager almost made her cry. She's really into the present Christmas Llama craze. We had a secret Santa drawing at work, and when I pulled her name I knew exactly what I was going to get her! I came across the magic Llama mug and knew it was perfect. When she opened her gift of the Llama mug she was ecstatic w/ joy! Mission accomplished! A very high quality item, at a good price.

The decals are poorly applied and will not stand up to hand washing. Washed the mug to use and they are already peeling off. And no, I did not use extremely hot water or scrub the outside. This was a gently wash so I could actually use it. Very disappointed! Company was very quick to offer refund so kudos to them for that.

Colour changing works great and is otherwise a perfectly suitable mug. Handle hole is a little on the small side so it's slightly awkward to hold but not bad enough to really bother me.
