Fired too low @ cone 04.
Firing at 04 is premature for the glaze dance. These are not low fire glazes. Mid range is at least cone 5. No zero's in formula. That's why low fire glazes are non running because of melting point. Lucky this didn't blister and completely ruin your glaze run. Try again at mid range temperatures then they'll look like the example posted. Hope this helps.

we do a cone 06 firing, and this glaze comes out completely yellow with speckles. looks good, just very different from the illustration.
