Being an electronics engineer I knew what I was buying, but it's maybe worth saying that this device alone, will not give you a safe, usable controller. You will need some sort of project box, output socket, incoming cable gland, possible a fan and some specialist tools, like a fine cutting blade for your Dremell and a circular saw for the fan if you choose to use one (I did) The LED indicator gives a notional scale of 0-99, representing the different power output levels. What tehy equate to is anyone's guess, but if you connect it into a plug-in power meter, you get a good idea. Maybe not important to some, but if you want to power say a boiler for brewing, as I did, then it's very useful to match the LED reading with a known power output and therefore temperature of the boil. Cheap n cheerful, but does the job

Seems to do the job connected to a 1200w resistive load (heater element) Its a bit noisy in the mid range but I rarely use less.than 75% power

I had this connected as advised , when I turned on the power, the screen went bang!! The main components dont look damaged. Im not sure what went wrong. Typical that my right to return expired whilst I waited for other Chinese rubbish to arrive.

Associé a un compteur d’énergie permet de contrôler la tension régulée et la puissance absorbée. Démarrage progressif sur moteur 220v a balais, réduction de 50% de la puissance d’appel (150v). Sensible de 0 a 50 aucune chute tension de 50 a 100. C’est un gradateur a angle de phase destiné a faire varier la tension d’alimentation des moteurs universels a balais CC CA (scies onglet scies circulaire matériel portatif). C’est le Seul moyen de faire varier la vitesse de ces moteurs. Pas fait pour des moteurs asynchrones 220v mono a condensateur de démarrage ou 380 tri dont ont peut faire varier la vitesse avec un variateur électronique de type AT1 220 mono -220 tri ou AT2 220 mono - 220 mono. Sinon fait parfaitement son job mis a part le manque de linéarité. Mais l’acheteur est prévenu dans l’annonce.

Yo lo uso a 2500w y el disipador se pone a 50⁰C. Funciona de lujo

È un ottimo circuito, l’ho usato per un carico induttivo da un cavallo e mezzo, circa 1100W. E non fa una piega, riduce la velocità del motore e non scalda, direi veramente ottimo, non so se la lettura del display è corretta, comunque a parte questo è un variatore eccezionale
