Good but expensive. Has someone another brand?
Used for making a feench « Cocotte « bread. (Cooking in a closed container in the oven). Good but too expensive..

Waste of time and money
Yeast packet was dead so bread never did rise. Such a disappointment and waste of time and money.

Bob’s products are excellent, but $29.99 for one loaf of bread is PRICE GOUGING!!! Thought that this was for multiple loaves!

Not Organic
In the first line of ingredients it says "Enriched." ANYTHING enriched is not organic, means its been processed and iron added.
