I purchased this bulb just for fun, and, to be quite honest, to fill the price quota for free shipping. I thought it would be nice for when I’m reading or listening to music or snuggling with my SO. But I didn’t expect it to be as atmospheric as it is! I opened the box to find a bulb that was just as polished and professional-looking as the picture on the Amazon page. I thought maybe they had photoshopped it to make it look especially good, but it really was quite nice to look at. I admired it, and its slick remote, for a moment before I went to the darkest room in my house to try it out. Once I unscrewed the existing bulb and replaced it with my new one, it did take me a minute to figure it out, only because it will not turn on just because the lamp is switched on, you do have to hit the “ON” button on the remote as well. This took me, oh, 30 seconds, tops? And once I had it figured out I had a BALL! The colors are so bright and saturated, and overall rather pleasing! My favorites are the Red, Fushia, and Purple, but all of them are lovely. The bulb itself is dimmable and can be customized to the brightness you desire. There are also four different settings to flip through all the colors. Flash and Strobe flick through the colors without fade, ideal for a party setting or flashy holiday display. Fade and Smooth are a much softer fade through the colors, more suitable for relaxing or setting the mood. My only criticism is a small one, and it is that it’s not terribly bright. It certainly has enough brightness to add a secondary, atmospheric touch to any room, or create lovely nighttime décor. But even at its brightest setting I would be unlikely to use it as a primary lighting source. Overall there is just something fun about this bulb. I've been using it for the better part of a month and I quite like it! It adds a touch of creativity to any décor, a dash of fun to any party, and some extra pleasure to the relaxing moments in life. I would buy this bulb again!

I originally purchased a set of these for my outdoor lights for Halloween on October 18, 2015 and they have been working flawlessly ever since. The fact they are still going strong surprised me considering they are outside in the Florida heat. Halloween is coming again so I decided to purchase another set for my entryway lights. These are really great bulbs for the price and cheap alternative to something like Wi-Fi color changing bulbs. Also, when compared to the Halloween store bulbs they are equal in price, but the Halloween bulbs can’t change color and aren’t as bright. However the LE bulbs aren’t without their flaws the remote range is extremely short and I often have to be a few feet away to change the color. As far as I know there is no way to sync up all the bulbs when using the various programs like strobe or smooth. Speaking of strobe setting, it was a letdown for me because I was expecting the bulb to rapidly flash and it did not. Some additional positives of these bulbs are the fact the remotes are universal, they keep their setting after powered off, they can be dimmed and there are a bunch of colors to try. If you are looking for some led bulbs without breaking the bank to provide ambiance or maybe decorate for the holidays these are great!

We bought these for our preschoolers, who kept turning their overhead lights on after bedtime. They wanted more light than a standard night light could provide. Yet I didn't want them sleeping with the full overhead light on. So as a compromise, we gave each child a lamp with one of these bulbs. They provide enough light to see where you're going but not enough to disrupt sleep. We've used them every night, all night, for 7 months now and they're still going strong with no malfunctions. Both remote controls still work as well. I've been impressed with the quality -- I was skeptical to order because the price was so low, but our experience has been very good. These bulbs offer a wide variety of colors. I can't imagine any scenario where you would want these in a normal adult household setting but they're fun to play with and are great for kids or for parties. You can choose a color, or allow it to cycle through the full spectrum of colors. Even when set to white, this bulb is quite dim, so keep that in mind -- it is only a 5W bulb after all! It doesn't not come anywhere close to replacing a normal light bulb in terms of brightness!! The remotes are interchangeable with the bulbs, which has come in handy. When one child has misplaced their remote, they can borrow their sibling's remote and it works just fine.

The issues i've had so far: * I had the remote cease to work for around 3 hours. Then the remotes started working again without replacing the batteries. I'm not sure if maybe this was from a power surge or something but the bulbs wouldn't take remote signals. It might be also because I regularly use the light switch for the cluster they're attached to rather than the remote. * Minor - The colored modes are quite dim - you probably want 4 or more of these pointed somewhere if you're going to want "bright" light of the chosen color. * Minor - Some colors are not noticeably different from others, but they're still different, which at least gives a little bit of variety if you're looking for, as an example, a pink but a slightly different shade. The good things so far: * Really good at setting a mood. The brightest setting is a nice warm yellow color which feels like regular lightbulbs, and is just as bright! * The blues are really, really blue. The reds are a mix of orange and red tones. You can hit a nice range of green hues too. Basically, the colors are good, though I'm not a colored light enthusiast by any stretch. * Can be independently controlled because the remotes are actually a simpler technology - infrared, just like a TV remote. Point and click. A little challenging if you want to change several bulbs in a cluster to different settings though. * Each bulb comes with a new remote, so you have lots of backups and can scatter them all around your home so that you always have one near to hand. If your order more bulbs, you get more remotes. Each remote can command all the bulbs in line of sight (and often bouncing around corners a bit too). I'm considering buying more of these. Assuming they last a really long time, as most LED's do, I might buy a LOT of these to light most of my living space. I originally just bought it for mood setting for tabletop gaming (D&D, board games, etc). Now I think I'd like them basically everywhere!

Sorry to yell, but I simply can't love these light bulbs more! I originally bought a two pack of these bulbs Halloween 2019. I wanted something I could change for the seasons. The two pack was the same price as a single bulb at a brick & mortar strore. So, I thought, worth a try. Now, we don't use our front porch lights everyday, but definitely semi-regularly. I still have not had to changed the bulbs! Well, my bedside lamp sits high, and a traditional light bulb (even a 40W soft) was too bright when Im watching TV. So this time I bought the 4 pack. After a week of using it, I switch out all the bulbs of all my lamps in my livingroom! Let's get down the "brass-tacts". > a 4 pack comes with two remotes. > But ONE remote controls all the lights.... even the ones I bought 2 yrs ago. > Two remotes are still convenient, because I can have one in any room I have the bulbs. > the remotes have RANGE! <3 -From my livingroom to my bedroom door is well over 30 feet. But if nothing is obstructing the remote, I can change the colors/intensity from across the room. > YOU DO have to point the remote right AT the bulb or it won't change. But that's also nice because two bulbs within a few feet won't both change. ~~(I have noticed that to NOT change both... while at a distance, the bulbs have to be more than 5 ft apart. But at close range & the right angle...you can change just one, even if the bulbs are within 5 ft.) >> When I'm laying in bed and just about to zonk out, I don't want to sit up to turn off my lamp. Well, the remote has an OFF button, so I can switch off the light without moving. I could go on and on about how amazing and versatile these light bulbs are...but I've already written a lot. Lol. So, all that's left to say, is.... Even though they do last long and won't need to be changed often, I will be buying more; because I NEVER want to run out! Highly recommend!

I don't know what anyone expects from the darker colours. A navy blue or deep purple bulb can only be so bright. Especially if using a lampshade. Yes those are more for "ambient" purposes... although if you put three of them in a ceiling lamp at full strength i'd expect it to shed a decent amount of light. I have just one bulb in our livingroom ceiling fan, and the paler hues give plenty of light at 75+% strength. There is a white setting if you want the room super bright. We love the dimmed aqua in the bathroom. In any colour, the adjustable dimming feature is fantastic. I've always wanted to install dimmer switches on all of our lights and now i don't have to. Huge savings of time and money. And the remote control is extra convenient. I feel so lazy and luxurious being able to change the lighting without having to get up from my seat or out of bed. Too soon to comment on longevity, we've been using them at least 10 hours per day for one month, but i'll update later. Only issue, not a big one, is one of the remotes has a couple of buttons that don't work; the 'up' button on the dimmer, and one of the blue shades. But the bulbs come with two remotes so this isn't a huge problem. And we will get extra remotes when we order more bulbs, which we certainly will. Never want to be without these again.

My concern with these mutil-colored LED light bulbs is that I know they don't produce a lot of brightness. But the "white" light on this bulb gets as bright as a regular light bulb. In other words, it will definitely be enough light, on its own, to light up an entire small to medium sized room. So this bulb isn't just for mood lighting -- you can use it as an actual much needed light source. And yes, the light isn't "white" (as it's labeled "W" on the remote itself) but definitely "warm." (Yellow). But when you wanna have fun, turn on the mood lighting!!! The other FUN colors are much less bright, and are obviously meant for dimmer mood lighting. We absolutely love these bulbs, and we have about 5 installed around our living room and kitchen. When we have a few drinks, we love to turn all of them onto different fun colors, and it really, really makes the room more fun to be in. Especially if you have ALL of them on the slow color fade cycle! The room is constantly different colors!! For the money they are well, well worth it. Just don't lose the remote, then you'd be out of luck!

So about a year ago I ordered one of these bulbs for my outside light, it's a waterproof dome, and I live somewhere with extreme winters. I have it on the smooth color transition and it's absolutely magical and beautiful. Later, I wanted to order some of these for inside of my house but they were out of stock. I tried TWO different brands, and couldn't stand either of them. Both had a slight LED flicker (LED flicker is very visible to me but most other people don't notice it). One had a high pitch sound (again, some people don't notice these things). And both, the Smooth color transition included the color white. So, every couple of seconds, the room would be bright like a standard light bulb would make it, totally ruining the fun of the colors. These bulbs have no visible flicker, no audible noise, a beautiful color transition that doesn't include white, and they're super durable. One remote control will work for each bulb too, which to me is super convenient. I love these and I'm slowly filling my home with them.

Truly amazing....we were looking at doing something different with the alcove and glass shelves which already had a light. using this LED light has transformed this boring alcove into an attractive, eye catching central point. would definitely recommend to anyone who has similar ideas.

Prima di iniziare questa recensione, ci tengo a precisare che vengono fornite 2 lampade E27 e non solamente 1 e all'interno ci sono 2 telecomandi per regolare il colore e spegnere/accendere le lampadine. a lampadina è dotata di un telecomando che ne permette sia l'accensione e lo spegnimento che la variazione di colori e la velocità. Questo prodotto appartiene alla classe energetica A+ che ci permette un notevole risparmio e una lunga durata nella lampadina. L'intensità della luce non è molto forte ma d'altronde la sua funzione più che quella di illuminare, è quella di creare un atmosfera piacevole e rilassante o allegra e divertente, magari usata per delle feste per i più piccoli. L'attacco E27 è utilizzabile sulla maggior parte dei portalampada di cui sono dotati i nostri apparecchi per l'illuminazione che possediamo in casa. Personalmente le utilizzo in una lampada da terra che ho posizionato in soggiorno e mi piace cambiare tonalità di colore in base alle occasioni o al mio umore, creando un atmosfera ogni volta diversa che si adatti bene all'ambiente. Sono arrivate confezionate singolarmente, ognuna dotata di un telecomando, un prodotto di qualità di cui ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Article arrivé dans les délais et bien protégé. J'ai choisi cet article un peu plus cher suite aux commentaires plutôt positifs des acheteurs et pour l'instant je ne suis pas déçu. Il suffit de visser l'ampoule et en avant pour une ambiance colorée. La pile bouton est incluse dans la télécommande. Pas de mode d'emploi dans la boîte mais l'utilisation est très simple. Même pas besoin d'un petit dictionnaire anglais-français pour les non-anglophones pour quelques boutons de la télécommande qui sont en anglais (Flash, Strobe, Fade et Smooth), puisqu'il suffit de jouer avec pour savoir immédiatement à quoi ils servent. La lumière n'est pas très intense, plutôt tamisée mais c'est parfait pour une ambiance chaleureuse.
