It is hard to get the right information from the Bose site and while they had them available for pick up they were at least twice the price. The only downside was I needed a shorter screw but I have 50 little drawers full of parts and I found a shorter one that worked great. If you do not have shorter ones there is always a quick trip to Home Depot and a .50 fix. I bought the stands at Savers and was not sure if the brackets would fit but they work great. Also, it was one-day shipping.

They worked for my Bose rear speakers. I have the SoundTouch sound as, wireless sub and rear speakers. Like all things Bose they can’t make it cheap or easy. They want $200 for their proprietary speaker stands. These paired with Sanus adjustable Height speaker stands gave me the same result for a total of $65. I gave it 4 stairs because the way they clip in is reversed but still works. I would recommend.

I did have to file down the teeth ever so slightly for them to slide right on to my Bose surround speakers. Then I mounted them on my stands. Perfect fit!!

These brackets work great for the Bose Surround Speakers/Virtually Invisible Speakers. I even ran the cable in my wall and came through a low voltage pass through box. I was able to use a 3/16 toggle bolt to secure the brackets to the box for a seamless look.

Out of the box, there was insufficient space in the groove of the hooks for it to mount to my Bose cubes. These would not slide far enough in for the safety clip to engage and could've easily let the speakers fall from the ceiling. I solved this by using my angle grinder and a small file to deepen the hook grooves. After some trial and error, eventually enough material was removed that they fit securely. If you have the ability to modify them and don't want to give Bose any more money for the threaded socket that should've been part of the speaker from the beginning, these are a viable option.

If you're crafty these can work! Like a similar review I saw here is what lead me to purchase these mounts. Hardware sucks it's just a couple screws small plastic covering piece and the these metal mounts (no instructions). I had to bend mine a little with some clamps to make them fit my speakers. Overall holding up well after a quick diy effort. I bought some very cheap bose stands so I figured I'd give these mounts a shot and with some elbow grease I'm satisfied. Hope this helps. 🙂

They look like the original parts, but the dimensions of these made in China brackets do not fit to the Bose surround speakers. I needed to grind the hooks for quite a while (depth was too short to fit) so that at least I can use them. However, the clamping still does not work. There is still a danger that the speakers could fall from the stands!! As soon as they are available I will replace them with original parts from Bose. Don't buy for the 300 Bose speakers! In the meantime I have purchased original brackets from Bose and they fit perfectly.

When I first got them I was worried, the speaker wouldn’t clip on properly (Bose small surround speaker). Once the bracket was installed I was able to push down hard enough to secure them. Lots of mixed reviews but no modifications and works great.
