I was glad to see that this jigsaw puzzle came in a sturdy box that did NOT get crushed as a result of international shipping. It also arrived quite fast -- in less than 2 weeks. Most of the other jigsaw puzzles I've ordered from China come poorly packaged, take about 2 months to arrive and show up partly or completely crushed. This puzzle was well packaged and well shipped, in a handsome box -- it would make an excellent gift. There was a small photo of the puzzle on the outside of the box, and inside there was a larger photo that when unfolded was the same size as the actual puzzle. The colors were accurate, and the big picture was very helpful in placing the locations of some pieces. There were lots of sudden changes in color and pattern, so while some pieces were easy to place some were far more difficult. The puzzle theme was also quite a nice scene, although my only complaint is that the box didn't identify where the photo was taken. (The location - Positano - was only on the website's product listing.) The pieces were very thin, but snapped together amazingly well and did not come apart when bumped or moved around. We could assemble sections on a separate part of our table, and easily move those sections into the puzzle without them falling apart. Some of the cheaper puzzles have thin pieces of flimsy material that won't stay together, but these pieces were well made and fit properly. The pieces were all different shapes, in a grid structure (no overhangs), and all interlocking. Proper matches were fun to find and easy to verify. I find that many of the Chinese jigsaw puzzles just clone one or two piece designs, which makes it impossible to use shape as a clue for matching pieces. This puzzle had an excellent and interesting diversity of piece designs. I have one thing to add. I am an experienced (lifelong) jigsaw puzzler, and my wife is a newbie. This puzzle had us both working together in harmony, and in the end made my wife love doing jigsaw puzzles. Yay!

We had so much fun building this puzzle. It’s a decent size, shaped, and the quality is really good. The colors are very vibrant and really stand out once you are finished. It was challenging, but not extremely challenging where it took the fun out of it. There were no missing pieces for me which I am super happy about since reviews were mixed on that. Bonus that I got it on sale as it’s definitely worth what I paid!

I often work on 1,000-piece puzzles with my family, and this one was definitely one of the better ones: -good quality pieces, variety of shapes -nice large poster of the puzzle included -the image itself is fun, with many colors to work with, making it possible to solve it by finding right images, rather than relying on shapes only (which is the case of puzzle dominated by one-color sky/sea/etc). Definitely recommend this one to fans of 1K piece puzzles.

I loved this product. The reason why I gave it only four stars in one category is because it was missing one piece. Although I was missing one piece and it makes me sad when I want to do this puzzle again, it was very sturdy. The pieces of the puzzle we’re all different shapes making it enjoyable to complete. I wish I had that final piece to make it complete but overall a great quality of puzzle.

It was a gift and my friend loved it

I've ordered several puzzles recently and they have been really hit or miss on quality; this was by far the best one. The construction was good quality - pieces were good thickness/not flimsy, normal size, varying shapes, fit together well. In addition to the picture on the box, a full-size poster of the picture came with it. The photo quality on the pieces was good, very detailed. Has lots of colors - both big swaths of one color and multi-colored sections to keep it interesting. I really enjoyed putting this one together. I'll give it to a friend who I swap with and I know I'll put this one together again in the future.

Beautiful Puzzle.

It's hard to believe that so many puzzles are sold-out during these days of stay-at-home, so I was glad to find this one that is such a pretty picture of a place we've visited it. It took our family about 9 days to do, and it was a good mix of challenging. but doable because the picture has a good amount of color variation. There are also letters on the back indicating different sections, but we didn't use those and did it the old-school way. It is a well-cut puzzle, no 2 pieces are the same (who know that this could be a problem with some puzzles, which I learned recently the hard way). Also, I was worried from some of the other reviews that pieces could be missing, but they were all here - but warning: the little pieces do tend to "escape" and fall and/or get stuck to things. A few times we thought that all the pieces weren't there, but lo and behold, we ended up finding them.

Well made. Not easy. Perfect for a casual 2 day puzzle. All pieces fit together well. Good quality.
