This case fits the New MacBook Air model A1932 computer perfectly. It was also easy to install. It included a detailed page with installation and removal instructions. I reviewed the instructions just to be safe, then installed the top and bottom covers in about 2 minutes. I could tell by the easy install that it wouldn't be difficult to remove the covers if I ever find it necessary to do so; otherwise, when you review the removal instructions you can see how easy it is to take off both components. This case also opens and closes when installed on the computer without having any "rubbing points" along the back hinge area of the computer. It's a very well made product. The clear case looks great and allows you to see the natural computer case color. It looks like it is durable and it doesn't seem to show any fingerprints after being touched. Should this case get damaged or broken during use, I would probably replace it with the same product because of it's quality and low price. I do not expect to ever drop the MacBook Air but I believe this would provide some amount of protection vs not having a protective installed. The cover is very lightweight and when installed it didn't add much to the overall thickness of the MacBook Air. I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend it.

My daughter recently bought a Mac book for her business and the sales guys suggested she get a protective cover. I grew her this one and she absolutely loves that it is tinted to match her Mac book. The quality is very good and she will get good use out of it.

While the case came with installation, the tabs are difficult to locate and the number of them on the top piece is incorrect. The bottom was a perfect and simple fit. The top created challenges similar to wrestling a bottom bedsheet into place. Once on it seems to be working well. Am I anxious to drop this precious item to test the durability issue? NO, I'm hoping for the best. It looks nice, but it doesn't have the "feel" of my protective iPad case and this may simply be me. I hope not to learn I was right in my anxiety. The biggest issue I have is the included screen protector was beyond uncooperative. It stuck to itself, the application piece, everything but the screen it was to protect and with the final go-around the result was that of cranky SaranWrap - all stuck together and no way to redeem the item. Since my screen is of primary concern I will now be off for another expense. I am appreciative of the nice, clean look of the outer case and my concerns about the keyboard protector were nothing - the touch has not been in the least affected and my keys will remain clean! So a bit of editing on the case installation for the top portion will be helpful (the sides look exceptionally similar so the number of tabs and locating them is important in correct installation), but a major fix on the screen protector both in instruction (NONE PROVIDED) and ease of application would hopefully end up in success for the next customer.

I made sure to check the model number on the bottom of the MacBook before I ordered the case, and the fit is very good. There were directions and a video link to install. It was a little tricky, as I was afraid to press hard enough at first, but when it snapped on, it's a secure fit. I ordered the crystal clear because I like the color of the laptop and wanted to see it. When it first arrived, I thought perhaps I should have ordered the frosted, because the clear seemed like it would be subject to scratches and fingerprints or other marks. I've had it on almost a month now, and it's holding up well. It's solid, with 4 silicone type feet (and a spare set). The keyboard protector is a bonus - I probably wouldn't have ordered it, but now I like having it. My husband liked it, too, and ordered a keyboard cover for his laptop. UPDATE: 6 months later - the corner has cracked and now broken off, and will continue cracking following the fault line, so I will be ordering a new case. I will probably look for something softer/more rubbery.

I'm happy with my purchase. I mostly love how it feels. I'm sure I look insane petting my laptop, but the dang soft touch is sooo nice. The color (coral) is very nice and vibrant. It fits well, and was easy to install. :) I have two tiny complaints, but they're really first world problems: 1) the keyboard cover wasn't the best. It slid around. But I didn't buy it for the keyboard cover, so I wasn't too upset by that. 2) I am disheartened that the apple logo doesn't shine through the case. I guess I don't really care, but the product pictures very clearly show an apple logo, and I'm not sure why they'd mislead, but they are lol. No apple is showing through this case :P But, again, that's small. I can't talk up enough how amazing it feels to touch and hold and carry. And it's definitely gonna protect it when I inevitably throw my laptop across the parking lot as I'm wont to do.

So, this is a very nice hard shell for the 2018 and 2019 models of the MacBook Air. I ordered the "Clear Frost" or whatever they are calling it and its a very pleasant color that is translucent enough to let the Macbook's design features, logos and color be shown off. I've previously had the "crystal clear" hard shell. I think this matte frosted on is a better choice because it seems less fragile and more pliable. The crystal one, seemingly by the nature of the material seems to need to be that more rigid stuff so it can have its gloss and mine lasted less than 2 weeks before developing stress cracks in the corners and then having the mounting tabs start to splinter off. I'm not as thrilled with Ibenzer themselves. This was bought directly from the manufacturer. Firstly, they played the old shipping game. They clearly couldn't deliver the product within the timeframe promised, even with Amazon's current extended delivery windows (why exactly am I still being charged for Prime?). So to prevent cancellation, they created a shipping label on Saturday, and didn't actually deliver the product to UPS until Thursday. its a common tactic in e-commerce, one I personally detest, and it makes me question the business ethics of the vendor. Speaking more to that. This cover is described in the listing as being compatible with the 2020 MacBook Air. But in reality it isn't. It's a misleading statement and practically all the vendors on Amazon are doing the same thing. This was made for the 2018-19 MacBook Air. The 2020 model, while apparently identical to those, in fact isn't. Having received the scissor keyboard upgrade it is about 0.5mm thicker on the bottom. The top shell fits perfectly. On the bottom, that tiny difference keeps the bottom shell from being able to snap on successfully on both sides. Again, business ethics. The case does stay on, with a friction fit, and it does function as protection, so I"m going to keep it until an actual 2020 version is produced. Right now, nobody seems to have a 2020 version of a hard shell. Even InCase, Apple's in-house case company seems to have been caught flatfooted. Either everyone expected the 2020 model to be exactly identical or the Coronavirus caused manufacturing snags, I don't know, but I'm too fastidious about new tech to not have a perfect fit. it just bothers me. First maker to have an actual case for this model will get my business.

The people that complain about this product, easily have more money than brains. First of all, half of the complaints are people not understanding that they buy this for a MacBook Pro, when it states clearly that it’s for a MacBook Air and gives you model numbers and pictures to break it down Barney style, that way you know what your buying. I literally watched a video of a kid complaint that he doesn’t have enough money to be spending on a $20 case that he didn’t verify that was the right product. If you bought a brand new MacBook Pro and don’t have the money to verify that you have the correct product for it, I’d honestly hate to see what you’re doing with such a machine. The other half of the comments complain about how it cracked during installation. Look it’s a tight case for a reason, it fits nicely and tight to give it a slim profile for a machine that has a slim profile. It highly compliments the computer machine and honestly I’m happy with it. Then again I’ve had a case similar for an older MacBook Pro made by Tech 21, at the time it was around $50, and this product pretty matches the quality I expected it to have. Bottom line buy it read the instructions and make sure you understand the differences between a MacBook Air and Pro, and know what model you have.

Great case. A bit hard to get installed (even after watching the video; the bottom edges were really tough to snap in). The picture shows the apple logo on the case, but its not on the case (at least not the grey one I ordered). Also the keypad cover provided does not match the actual keypad of the Macbook Air A2337. The "F" keys mostly are the ones that do not match. Would like the seller to at least send me a new keyboard cover that is correct for my Macbook Air.

The case is very good. Fits my MacBook air perfectly. Only this is the keypad silicone protector is not for the 2021 MacBook Air. keypad assignment is off. Shift and return keys cuts are wrong.
