Not for waves
This is more for female hair that's long. There isn't enough tightness to press and lay your waves down. Getting a silk one is better

Didn't comply with my expectations, very thin, don't help too much if you want to lay down your waves. I guess its more useful for someone that wants to preserve a hairstyle while taking a shower.. Now, thinking that it preserves your tides, forget it.
