I've wrestled all my life, and this is the best headgear I've owned. Does the job, stays on, easy to clean (though it doesn't get funky to begin with since it has no fabric). Not hard to adjust once you get the hang of it (and then once you have the perfect adjustment, it will stay that way). I'm also starting to get into BJJ, and this design isn't annoying to your rolling partners. The shells are mostly flat and are padded with a soft, smooth exterior. The first thing you should do when you unpack it is snip off the extra bit of strap after the snap, which will make it easier to snap on because the useless bit won't get in the way. Next, cross the top straps (swap the slots they enter), otherwise the one in front will end up in your eyes when you're wrestling.
