GREAT PRODUCT; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I installed my threshold on an 8-foot-wide garage door. Other reviewers are correct when they say that one end of the product does not completely unroll. However, unless you need the entire length of the product, this would not be an issue. I highly recommend using Loctite Premium Construction Adhesive to attach the seal strip to a concrete floor. The Loctite product has excellent adhesion, and it does not dry out within its container so it can be reused as I had to do. When I originally cut my length of seal strip, I miscalculated by one inch so I attached another one inch strip a day later. The Loctite did a great job.

Good product — Installation Tips: USE THE RIGHT GLUE
Good product — here are installation tips. #1) This is EPDM rubber, so you MUST use The correct glue type for adhesion. If you don’t it will not stick to the ground. I used E6000 (1 large tube) which worked well. The following steps may help: #1) power spray the garage floor. You don’t want the ground to be dirty because it will prevent the glue from working well. #2) allow the floor to dry #3) use a razor to cut out the edges of the threshold barrier to fit perfectly #4) make sure it lines up with the flat part of the front edge underneath the garage door. You should be able to see the yellow line inside the garage. #5) use a pencil to mark the front and back edges of the threshold barrier. #6) use the glue about half an inch from your pencil lines with a zigzag pattern on the inside #7) put on your threshold barrier number eight but down some weights on top of it to hold it in place for the rest of the afternoon while it cures. This part with the weights may not be necessary but I did it anyway because I didn’t want to take any chances and effectively clamping down the threshold barrier under the ground will help it tightly adhere #9) let it sit for 24 hours before you drive anything on it and that’s it. It’s a really great product but I think they should’ve warned people about the fact that it is EP DM rubber and you need to be careful about what kind of glue you choose to use. I used a 6000 and it worked great it’s sort of a black glue that hardens into a rubber similar to the threshold barrier itself. So 5/5 stars for the product, but I removed one star because they could’ve included a warning to people to choose the correct glue for EPDM rubber Good luck!! (Pls like if this was helpful)

These work great
These work great for keeping water from entering the garage when it rains or snow melts. It also helps close the gap between the garage door and the floor to prevent mice from getting in. This is the second set we have purchased. the first set that was from another company that did not work as well as it didn’t adhere to the concrete securely. This was probably due to my not following the directions correctly the first time I put them on and then it rained that same day, which caused the adhesive to loosen. This set has fit perfectly and has a strong adhesive to the concrete floor and does not move at all. Would definitely purchase these again. These are also thicker and stronger than the previous set.

works great to keep water out - add a large dolop of silicone seal at each end
works great. Keeps the water out!!! Easy to install. I used Gorilla Glue heavy duty construction adhesive under mine. Two tubes of the adhesive required for a 20 foot wide double garage door. Clean the concrete with acetone or isopropyl alcohol before applying the adhesive. Park your car outside before installing...let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before driving across the rubber seal. pro tip: you can still get water coming in at each end of the garage door seal. What I did and it worked great is this: After you have installed the new seal on the floor, get a caulk gun sized tube of 100% silicone seal (I used clear). Do not use acrylic caulk with silicone. USE 100% SILICONE SEAL. With garage door raised, put a LARGE dollop size of silicone seal (golf ball size or bigger) on the concrete between the edge of the seal and the corner of the garage door frame. Apply a very thin film of VASELINE petroleum jelly to the bottom of your garage door (this acts as an anti-sticking agent). Close the garage door. Leave it closed for 24 hours....turn off the breaker to the opener, or unplug it...or else someone will open it!!) The garage door will displace the dolop of silicone seal so that the dolop conforms to the bottom of the garage door and it creates a dam which will prevent water from entering at the end of the garage floor seal that you just installed. I should have done this YEARS ago!!

Easy to install & Effective if installed properly!!
My garage drive has a slight incline to garage door however the concrete where the door closes is flat. The garage is on the West End of my home which is the direction most storms blow in from. Every time it rains water seeps in under the door seal. Last week, we 12.5" of rain, so I had to open the doors everyday and sweep the water out. My home is 25 years old, so there was some slight buildup of scum where the garage doors close down on the concrete. I used a 3" scraper and then a wire wheel on a 4" DeWalt Grinder to clean the entire door seal area. I then used Mineral Spirts to wipe down the surface. It's pointless to make this installation without have a clean surface for the glue to adhere. I then cut the seal to length, 109 1/2" for my door. Laid the seal in place and closed the door down to where it was just slightly touching the seal. This allows the seal to be moved in exact position. Then your ready to scribe a pencil line on each side of the seal. After marking the seal, roll the seal back into the garage upside down next to the inner scribed line. After applying the adhesive you can roll the seal back over onto it. I used Gorilla 8008002 Ultimate Construction Adhesive White to glue the seal down. I used 1 tube per seal. The seal has recessed grooves on the back side and you need to use enough adhesive to flow up into the grooves. After rolling the seal onto the adhesive, I used 1 foot to apply pressure on the entire length of the seal. When you do this you'll hear some pops indicating the adhesive is flattening and air is being forced out. After that make sure the seal is in alignment with the pencil marks, using your fingers or a 1" flat roller, work from the center to the outside edge of the seal applying pressure to you get squeeze out of the adhesive. This will ensure there are not voids for water to seep in under the seal. After curing for 24 hours, you can use a utility knife to score the excess glue along door seal and remove the excess with a scraper. This process took me about 1.5 hr per door. After installation, the next day we had 1.5" of rain and NO water made it past the seal!

Don’t use Gorilla glue
Don’t use gorilla glue with this as it will not adhere. The quality seems great however I still had leakage BUT realized that I needed a new bottom seal so that is tomorrow’s project. I let this piece in place without gluing for extra protection.

Did the job
After fitting the bottom of the up and over garage door doesn’t get any rain into the garage and has greatly reduced the wind blowing through. Comes with plenty of spare, enough for 2 to 3 other garages at 1.96m width
