How many inches high is the back part? I'm trying to see if it fits inside of my cabinet.

The highest point is 3 inches high.

Will it hold a bottle of Zoya polish remover?

Hello Sameeksha,I am not sure what the bottle sizes is for Zoya polish. Here are the sizes: Front row is 6-3/4" Long x 1-1/4" Second row is 6-3/4" x 2-1/2" Back row (has two sections) 3-5/16" Long x 1-5/8"

Will this hold a morphe palette?

Awkwardly. I wouldnt buy for the larger palettes. It will hold too faced and urban decay palettes.

Would this hold a large z-palette? Or would it be too awkward?

this one in length i believe is about 7 inches and the z-palette is half an inch bigger. it won't fit long ways but it will fit from the adjacent side. :)
