Does this have the abs and speed sensor

This has a ABS sensor. The speed sensor is not located on the wheel hub assembly to the best of my knowledge.

Can you use this in the rear?

This is for front axle use only.

How do i get a defective one replaced? After less than 3000 miles its already worn out
