Can fit&fresh ice packs fit in this bag?

Possibly, try it!! The interior of the bag is very roomy

Is this better than the Baloray lunch bag?

I can't say if it's better than the Baloray bag because I don't have that one to compare them. What I can say is that I have put my lunch in the bag straight from the refrigerator at 8:30am and left it in the bag until about 1-1:30pm it was cool still it certainly kept it well enough in my opinion. Yogurt was cool after a couple of hours with no ice pack. With an ice pack it would have kept cold a lot longer.

Is this bag fit for school?

Bought this lunch bag for my 23 yr old daughter and she loves it. It might be a little big for a kids lunch, but it's definitely nicer to carry around for a teen or adult.

How long will it keep food hot?

It won't keep it hot long but your food will range from warm to room temperature depending on how long you keep it in there.
