Love this thing! We took it out to the river last weekend and had no issues. It is plenty big for two adults, each side is very roomy and comfortable. The cooler section is HUGE, we fit ample drinks for four people in there, plus our own small cooler fit perfectly in the little compartment in the middle, which kept some food and our sunscreen handy. We float down the river for about 3 hours which had a lot of bumpy areas and scrapes along rocks. No issues of leaks. The bottom is mesh so yes your butt gets wet, but it's quite nice and refreshing, just make sure you lift your butt up if you see a big rock coming... that hurts a bit. Only small issue I had is I found the cup holders kind of useless for anything other than your average can. For a glass beer bottle or a skinnier can, that's a no-go, as your body's weight makes the holder lean towards you a bit. But I just held my drink or put it between my knees when I needed to paddle. Not a deal breaker at all.
