100LBS

Yes yes yes. I lost mine in the move and bought another one. Really love this for my at home gym. Leave me sore if I want it too haha. Definitely gives a real workout.

I'm not too sure if I would consider this as the heaviest resistance. I had a hip surgery and have issues using other bands because they slip off , fold or are extremely strong to the point i can't even do 5 pulls before it becomes extremely painful so I immediately discontinued using. I havent worked out for 2 yrs as I wanted to heal properly.. with that being said To me this feels as a light/medium resistance which i find super odd as it shows as the heaviest/strongest one. After reviewing other peoples comments I can say I disagree in the strength of this. To me this feels as im pulling maybe 25lbs max 30 lbs. I can say I absolutely love the ankle/wrist band . Its a huge thing for me as other bands start to fold over or twist. This product is extremely comfortable to use and I like that it has the door anchor which is cushioned with foam to protect the door. Even though it doesn't have that hard strength I absolutely am surprised my the comfort and style of it. Im sure I can get a good workout with this and im kinda glad its not actually heavy resistance or hard to use.

I waited a few months before reviewing and will definitely update this if anything changes, but so far so good! Definitely recommend, they stretch a sufficient amount. If you used to go to the gym and are actually pretty strong, get the X-Heavy.

I read a lot of good reviews about this product and decided to purchase it. Glad I did! Now I can do cable kick backs at home and It works great for that. I know a lot of customers look for what weight band to get so as a reference I am 6 feet tall and 180 lbs with average legs and consider myself an intermediate exerciser. I bought the 100 lbs band and I am satisfied with the resistance. You can always add or subtract your reps to suit your workout.

I’m a golf pro and personal trainer specializing in performance. So I like to try different modalities to keep things changing. I bought this in July but hadn’t used it until yesterday. (I forgot I bought it) The tubing inside broke upon the very first kickback.. while I was training a client. Do you know what 100+ lbs of resistance feels like being whipped against your leg? Not as good as 50 Shades of Gray would have you believe. Moral of the story, children— always check your Amazon crap when it arrives. Either that or you’ll have a limp noodle to train your soggy glutes with.

I took the toughest one and it was all worth it. At first it was very difficult but now after a few weeks of consistent use it is at the right challenging point. I can kick higher and I still feel the challenge. It has toned my booty, my lower back handles have toned down as well (as I kick high I feel it in my lower back) and I feel the challenge in my stomach as well. I am excited to continue using it 3x a week. It is part of my circuit routines and I make sure it is one of my first exercises after stretching. I started with 10 and I am up to 25 and ready to go to 30 because I am loving the benefits.

I honestly wasn't sure about how this would work. When I was working out at a gym I loved using the cable machines for glute and leg exercises. I gave up the gym and do now work out from home. This was definitely one of my best purchases off of Amazon. I did go with the heaviest one available. If you have more lower body strength and that is my case, then I would say go with the heaviest one so that you feel that you are really getting that resistance and workout. I've definitely seen a difference in my upper thighs- which is my problem area. If you are on the fence- just do it-

Just got it so not sure how durable it is. 100lbs. Really its super light no way 100 lbs. On regular cable kick backs. I do like 30, 40 lbs. This 5 to 7 lbs feel to it. I'm a guy.but women are actucally stronger with these. Go heaviest one if want one. Otherwise no resistant. So so good warm up legs. And just mixing up for fun.
