How many days does this product last during the postpartum recovery period? Is one bottle enough?

I started using this stuff a day or two after birth. It lasted me a week/8 days. I would use it every time after I used the toilet. My baby is 8 days old right now so that’s is why this is my answer. I am about to order my second bottle now because it’s a great product and gives me relief.

Can I use it on my episiotomy stitches?

It’s supposed to be safe for it. But it had a sting to it when I used it and I didn’t have stitches or tearing.

Is one bottle enough for a postpartum recovery period or do you need more than one bottle ?

Gisele - 1 bottle should cover your postpartum needs :).

Can I use this for swelling even though I didn’t have a baby .

You sure can :) pump the breaks on swelling + pain, this instant cooling medicated foam hits all the right spots!
