How do these brushes do on tile grout?

Cleans grout great as long as you use a cleaner. Plan on getting splattered, wear eye protection as to not get cleaner splattered in your eyes.

can i use this with a 1/2 keyless chuck? i am new to this btw lol

This product uses a hex drive, such as is used with electric screwdrivers. Every drill I have seen has 3 fingers that grip the drill bit, and if so, it will hold a hex fitting. In short, yes, it should work OK. However, you might find that the pads spin too quickly to work well. If your drill has either a 2-speed gearbox or variable speed trigger, then it should be OK.

Can this be used to wash walls ?

Yes, definitely. I used it on my bathroom and kitchen walls.
