After using 15 days, I can say that it is a good product with good cooling and good visibility... I was worried about extra noise but there is no extra noise... A mild humming sound only... Overall satisfied with the product... Also satisfied with the delivery and installation... Go for it... Review after some months of use: Everything is fine except the noise level... Too much noise...

बहुत ही खराब seller है। मुझे बिना चैक किए अपना प्रॉडक्ट दे दिया जिस से मेरा बहुत ही नुक़सान हुवा है। ओर same ही Voltas कंपनी की साथ मेरा अनुभव रहा। कंप्लियन करने के बाद भी कंपनी को कोय फर्क नहीं पड़ता। कस्टमर परेशान हो या उस का नुक़सान हो। कूलिंग ही नहीं कर रहा है ये फ्रिज।

स्टमर केयर से कोई मदद नहीं
मैंने Voltas VC320 Visi Cooler काफी भरोसे के साथ खरीदा था, लेकिन यह एक बहुत बड़ी गलती साबित हुई। शुरुआत से ही यह कूलर सही से ठंडा नहीं करता। 0°C से +7°C की जो रेंज बताई गई है, वह तो बस कागजों पर ही है। अंदर की चीज़ें कभी भी सही तापमान पर नहीं रहतीं, जिससे खराब होने का डर बना रहता है। मैंने Amazon से एक प्रोडक्ट ऑर्डर किया था जो डिलीवरी के समय से ही खराब निकला। न केवल प्रोडक्ट में डिफेक्ट था, बल्कि रिटर्न प्रोसेस भी बेहद परेशान करने वाला रहा। रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट बार-बार रिजेक्ट की गई – बार-बार सही जानकारी देने के बावजूद मेरी रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट को खारिज कर दिया गया। हर बार एक नया बहाना बना दिया गया। पिकअप टाइम पर नहीं हुआ – तीन बार पिकअप शेड्यूल हुआ लेकिन कोई नहीं आया। न कॉल, न कोई अपडेट। कस्टमर केयर से कोई मदद नहीं – जब Amazon सपोर्ट से संपर्क किया, तो एक जैसे रटे-रटाए जवाब मिले। किसी ने भी समाधान नहीं दिया। बस "24-48 घंटे में हल होगा" कहकर टालते रहे। पैसे का रिफंड नहीं मिला – रिटर्न में देरी के कारण अभी तक मेरा रिफंड भी पेंडिंग है। अब तो डर लग रहा है कि पैसे वापस मिलेंगे भी या नहीं।
