Im hoping someone knows.Is this just chilli flakes,which i hope it is,or is it crushed chillis with seeds?

It is not crushed chillis with seeds Pul biber (aleppo chilli flakes) are not the same as chilli flakes though, as they give a warm, fruity taste rather than hot. I find chilli flakes too hot and much prefer this pul biber which does not irritate my stomach like ordinary chilli flakes do and gives a lovely depth of flavour I now always use this pul biber whenever a recipe calls for chilli flakes. I also sprinkle it on salads, mix with olive oil for a dressing, sprinkle on meats before roasting, sprinkle on eggs - in other words it’s extremely versatile! It’s used in lots of Middle Eastern cooking Hope this helps
