A4 Men's Cooling Performance Crew Long Sleeve Tee

I ordered the white and only wore it once for about 2 hours on a motorcycle ride. Purchased to be able to wear long sleeves on the bike to keep the sun off but still remain cool. It was perfect. I agree with another female review when she said women's clothing is often designed to fit snugly. Skin tight doesn't work anymore when you get older when you've got stuff you'd rather not show the world! I'm a female and purchased the men's medium (I'm usually a women's large) and it fits exactly as I would like it to; loose, long and comfortable. They are light weight, thin and exactly what I was looking for. Most shirts that claim to block the sun were much more expensive. I like the shirt enough to order three more! Hopefully, they will do well when I wash them. I don't typically put my shirts in the dryer, so they should do well. Added: I've got four of these shirts now. They're turning out to be well worth the very reasonable price. Wash and hang; no ironing. They make a great light shirt for summer riding and a layer for cooler weather riding. Highly recommended.

I ordered 11 moisture-wicking shirts, and they arrived even before my scheduled delivery date, which was already a huge plus! However, I was missing 3 shirts from my order. I wear these on my bicycle. They're thin enough you can see shadows of chest hair, nipple, or undergarment if you look closely. They wick away moisture REALLY well and are comfortable by themselves between 45F and 75F (6'6" or 197gm, and 266LBS or 125kg). From 34F to 45F, these are fine as an undershirt with a thin jersey or jacket over the top, though at 34F, it's a little chilly until I'm warmed up. They don't block any wind, so if you're not pushing hard enough to huff and puff, move your temperatures up a bit. Fabric is durable, as is the stitching. They are inexpensive shirts, and I like that. If I tear it on something, no big deal. I've sent a few of these through the wash several times, and I always run them through the dryer on low-heat + very-dry. The fabric has suffered no shrinkage, embrittlement, etc. These are the same shirts that some of the local print shops sell for 5x with a single-side print. If you run such a print shop, the price here seemed to be lower than what some local wholesalers had. If you are an end-consumer and don't need prints, or have your own dye-sub shirt printer, these are cost effective. Know that when I bought them, shipping for one was the same as shipping for 10. Buy in bulk if you can. These compare really well to all of the major sports shirt manufacturers such as Champion and Gildan.

I have been wearing these yellow shirts for a few years for my morning bike rides where I encounter cars. They are great shirts for protecting me from the sun and making me more visible to the distracted drivers on the road. They breathe remarkably well and I do not feel overheated when wearing them. They also hold up really well. I recently had to order new shirts because I lost weight. These shirts do run a little large, so I would suggest ordering one size down, especially if you have an athletic build. I now wear a large in most shirts, but I ordered these in medium and that was the right choice. I am 6' 1" and 205 pounds.

The first hour I wore it, I didn’t like it. But I think I just needed to get used to it. By the third hour of working in between the sun and shade in a lot of humidity, I was feeling pretty good and could definitely feel some cooling inside from not being sweaty. I haven’t worn it all day in direct sun so I haven’t put it to that hard of a test, but I’m definitely keeping it and will keep using it for gardening. It’s much nicer than putting mineral sunscreen all over and also seems to help a bit with the bugs. My husband likes his to be a little more form fitting; I went with a larger size to have it be a little bit more blousy. I think that worked better for me with the sweat wicking. It also drives pretty quickly if you hand wash it and hang it up, though it’s safe to put in the dryer, too.

There I was in Cabelas, looking at the Huk Performance and Columbia fishing shirts, and debating whether it was worth its $35 price tag. I decided to do some searching on the internet to see if I could find a better option for my wallet. Boy am I glad I did! I'm 6' 0" 185lb and in 99% of shirts I'm a medium in the torso, but a large across the shoulders and arm length-- so I ordered one of both sizes. Luckily I only had to open the medium because it fit me perfect. Very comparable size-fit to the Huk long sleeve that I was considering spending almost 4x the money on. With the savings I'll either buy 3 more colors of the A4 or more fishing gear to use while I'm wearing this shirt this summer. It's tagless, lightweight, breathable, and the seams 'seem' to be of good quality. The only noticeable difference between this and the Huk is the Huk's 10% spandex that makes it a stretchier fabric. That and the free advertisement Huk gets by you wearing their big logo on your chest, back, and sleeves. Six/five stars exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price I thought I'd have to pay.

I had always worn long sleeve tan cotton shirts for grass cutting to protect me from the sun and keep me cool. The problem is on the days when it's not just hot but really humid too (I'm in Southeast La so often) it hangs on me like a wet towel, and they stay heavy and saturated with sweat. So I gave these a try, and I gotta say this will become me new shirts for grass cutting. They do everything that the 100% cotton shirts do, except they stay light and dry no matter how much and sweating. Sometimes they don't feel as great against the skin as cotton, but the cooling and dry factor far outweigh that. I have only run these through about 3-4 washes so far so I'm not sure about longevity. But as the grass cutting frequency increases, I'll be using them alot more and we'll see how the durability is. But initial impressions are I love them. And remember, light colors deflect heat!

I have purchased several of these shirts in different colors: There is a variance in the sleeve "cuff" some will slide over my hands and some will not. As you have probably read from other reviews ... yes the sleeves are long ... yes the shirt itself is long. The sleeves being long doesn't really bother me as I know if needed I could simply cut them off and/or sew them to whatever length I like. The shirt itself I love the fact it is long, unlike many shirts that "ride-up" due to the shorter length these don't. The material itself is lightweight and stretchy which in the hot months allows perspiration to "vent" yet it is dense enough in cooler weather to block some of the cold. I wear them throughout the year ... in the hot months they keep me from getting sunburn in the cold months I wear them as undergarments to help avoid cold and dampness next to my skin (works well for me so far). These are my "yard" shirts in hot weather and undershirts in the cold I find them highly effective. The stitching on the cuffs varies in quality (the gray one I am wearing has pretty good stitching) I have another one that simply giving a minor tug to allow my hand to pass through I could feel stitching popping. The appearance on all of them is more of a "satin" rather than a "glossy" finish. Overall: If you are going to wear this and you are fashion conscious you will most likely need to customize it. The price is good, large selection of sizes and colors Runs long in the sleeves and length The material holds its shape well and breaths well P.S. I wear XXX
