How do you clear the display

press the min and sec buttons together that clears all

When counting up, can you pause and continue or does it start again from zero?

I’ve just tried a pause and continue and it worked for me.

Can you switch off the display?

Not unless you take the batteries out, but you don't notice the display after a while

Can you easily reset for the same time or do you have to select the time again? (I.e. 15 min repeatedly)

Yes as long as you let the timer run and sound it’s alarm once you press stop it will revert to the original time set. If you stop it early for example and have 10 seconds left you would need to reset it as the time set would then be 10 seconds.
