Waste of money and time
I purchased this machine for school fundraisers. It does not at all work as described. It is so much easier to just throw all the coins on a table and separate them and count them yourself. The coins do not come out hundreds per minute as described. It takes forever and all coins must be separated before going in the machine. Waste of time and money.

WOW - What a machine.
We count a lot of quarters each month - we previously had a slower cheaper machine which was cumbersome and took a lot of time to count, it eventually broke from just being cheap. THIS MACHINE THOUGH... ITS AMAZING - I've never been so excited to count quarters in my life!

It has to be adjusted for each different coin denomination. I don't like that feature.

Not sure if it is worth the money
For the price we were expecting something that didn't take such a long time to figure out how to use. We use this at a school and students use it as well as staff for counting their fundraising money. Prior to this coin counter we had one that you just dumped the money in and pressed the button which worked fine but was not very durable. So after that one broke we thought we would invest in a more sturdy counter. Yes, this is sturdy but is very hard to learn how to use and is pretty heavy as well if you are planning on moving it around. Once we figured out how to use it, it gets the job done but for the price we could have gone with the cheaper one again for the sake of time and effort.

Only counts specific coins, does not separate or wrap well
This is a great coins counter. It is NOT a coin separator! You must tell it what coins you are counting AND pre-separate the coins! Also, do NOT buy the coin tube holder. This machine does not load coin wrappers well at all. Waste of money and waste of time. The machine quality seems very good, but it requires a lot of manual work which is exactly what I bought it to avoid.

They stand by the product
We ordered the counter and had an issue with a jam. We learned more about the machine and have worked out the jamming issue. We contacted Ribao and they were very eager to help and teach how to use the machine. Very helpful in service and made sure we were happy. The service made the difference and we are happy! Thank you.
