Bagotte Air Fryer Oven 0023, 11 x 11 x 13, White

I've had this for about a month now. The food it Cooks is amazing. And it's big enough for a meal for 2 people. Most of the time we have leftovers. It's so easy to use and clean. So far I see no issues with this device.i got a cheap one from Walmart years ago and it didn't last 2 months so I was a little worried about getting another cheap one from Amazon. So I spent a little more on this one. And I'm glad I did. It's much nicer. The bottom started chipping (the part under the basket). But hey, I don't think that really makes a difference. You can't see it and that part doesn't ever touch the food. It's just where the oil drips.

Bought this air fryer just to see if air frying was something I would actually do to prepare food so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This air fryer is a GEM !!! I use it almost every day. It is quick and convenient and very easy to clean. Food is delicious. I had to experiment a little having never used an air fryer before but it’s a quick learning curve. This fryer is medium sized (good for cooking for 2). It is really only an air fryer, not like some that can do a variety of things, but it is a quiet, efficient machine. I highly recommend it.

I got this as a birthday gift and began using immediately; however, it did not cook food properly. I tried a few different items but it appeared to be an issue with the fryer itself. I contacted Bagotte support and was extremely pleased with their responsiveness and assistance. They replaced the original item and since I received the new one I have been incredibly pleased. Veggies are crisp and crunchy and other foods are delicious. I'm excited to use the product more. Bagotte support was wonderful and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this product.

My husband has stomach issues that are flared by eating fried foods... problem, he loves fried foods. We were skeptical about an air fryer, but the results are amazing with this appliance. Is it like fried - not exactly, but pretty close... and it's far superior to the oven for that fried taste on frozen tots, onion rings, chicken strips, etc. I also like that it frees up my oven for another use while making dinner. Thanks to all the Amazon reviewers who enticed me to this model.

I love the way works. Everything I have made in it turned out very good. The only thing I didn't like about it so far is that the teflon coating on the basket is very thin. It scratches easily. Its like buying the cheapest frying pan in the store, you have to be very careful with them if you want them to last.

Could no ask for more.....does a great job, easy to clean (esp in dishwasher). Great for high heat "baked" vegetables, and reheats small servings sooooo well. Does a great job on chicken legs/ thighs/wings etc. Have not tried on Cornish Game Hen but that is coming. Makes great Bagel/Corn Dogs (with a heavy enough dough that wraps the dog). Great for heating rolls for dinner. Toasted nuts in it. Prefer it over microwave for nearly everything but defrosting and for heating liquids. LOVE it.

The door mechanism stopped catching after very few uses and the air fryer would not turn on. I will buy appliances from stores with more liberal return policies in the future. I should not have to pay $23 in shipping to return an item that should work well beyond 3 months. In fact, I just went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond for my small appliance Christmas shopping because they will accept items that don't work and happily exchange them.
