These lights are awesome. No need to change for every holiday and programmable too! Perfect for my big front window.

Ive only had these lights for a day now, but so far they are perfect for my set up. Theres so many different modes and colors to choose from. Although my favorite is purple or white. I love how well they stay up and how bright the lights are. Definitely what I've been looking for, those led lights fall right off my wall but these can be hung by tacks so they stay! They are easily untangle which helps put them up, the battery life is pretty good.

Oh my goodness, the lights are small but it packs a power punch of the interchangeable colors. Beautiful!!!

These are pretty nice string lights, with one big caveat. This is a USB set of string lights and it (surprisingly) comes with an adapter. However, the adapter makes a constant high-pitched noise when the lights are on. Weirdly, different colors are different levels of volume on the whine - for instance, yellow is the "softest" noise level. Additionally, any of the modes - i.e., chasing, flashing, etc. - are punctuated with the high-pitched whine as the lights change. Totally bizarre. Fortunately, I plugged the USB connector into a USB port on a power strip and that solved the issue. However - using the USB adapter straight into a wall socket did not reproduce the noise; it was only when the USB was plugged into the USB adapter that was then plugged into a power strip. I hope that makes sense.The remote is large and complex as these lights have lots of modes and you can adjust speed and brightness, but it is fairly intuitive.The wire of the lights seems pretty sturdy and it was easy to string them and fix them into position using Command clips.Overall, a decent set of lights but with one super weird issue. Not sure if this is universal of if I just got lucky. In any case, if you plug them in and hear the whine, try not using the adapter.

The newest version of these lights is SO MUCH BETTER than the older version. You can tell the difference by looking at the slightly differing placement of colors on the remote, as well as the very different USB cord, which now has TWO buttons on it instead of just one, providing both Color AND Mode options there.On this version, the modes actually work, too, unlike the the old version, which do just three tricks: you could see it cycle through all the colors or choose just one color, and you could get the lights to strobe BUT only when it's set to white. Strobe doesn't work for other colors. (I bought several of the older version and all of them have these limitations.) This version even has a setting that shows two colors at once! Am really loving the twinkling option on this version, too!! Terrific improvements!!!UPDATE: Lights are still very impressive and going strong! (Also, they are including a completely different remote now, which I already had, but curiously, it doesn't work with my lights.) The only problem I have with this is the price, which increased by $5 since I bought them, and I think they are way too costly, or I would have bought several more. (I'm a recently retired disabled senior on a very low fixed income and I regret that I can't afford them now.) Look around on Amazon. I found similar lights here with the same features that cost less money.An issue that arose (after I broke down, saved up some cash and bought more of these lights) was constant buzzing. After meticulous investigation, it became evident that it was happening whether the lights were turned on or off and I discovered that was due to the USB plug they sent, not the lights themselves. So, I used a different plug which I already had & that solved the problem.

Awesome set of miniature lights. My wife bought a small 4 ft tree which had flimsy branches that wouldn't hold normal lights which were too heavy. These lights are amazing once you learn how to use the remote control.Multiple colors and functions. Beautiful.

I bought these for my daughters room at Christmas. For some reason one strand quit working, but I bought another one. She has cerebral palsy and she loves using the remote to change the colors.

Good and bad things about these lights. They don’t impress me like my last set did but I couldn’t find the same ones so had to get something else. Wish I did a bit more research, I’d honestly return them due to the cons but they’re already hung up and it’s too much of a pain to take it down.Pros:- cord from the plug to 1st light is about 6ft, which may be a con to some but for me it’s great because my cat won’t notice it running up the wall and mess with it- bulbs are bright and have accurate, deep color hues- cable seems strong and flexible, easy to hang up- remote works from a minor distance, you don’t have to point it directly at the box from up close- some of the themed light presets are cuteCons:- I genuinely hate all the modes that fade or move in any way, they’re dumb to me and not relaxing which I feel is often the point of mood lighting. Most move too fast even at the slowest setting- speed and brightness don't have up and down buttons (why?), just one for each. So it forces you to loop rather than go up or down at will- still haven’t really figured out all the mode buttons but most are obsolete- remote is twice as big as my last unit and twice as useless- fade is more like a flash, way too fast- I thought the rainbow buttons would be different rainbow effects but this unit has zero rainbow effects, they just jump around to random RGB colors- NO RAINBOWS :(If you’re like me and you were looking for a gentle rainbow fade (or any gentle effects) this is not the unit for you. If you’re just planning on using the static options or throwing a rave in your apt and wants to assault people with light effects then this might be a good choice for you.

The color variation is very nice and the dimming feature is a bonus!

Exactly what I wanted, but there are a few downfalls. One half of the wires colours are more saturated, so when I have white lights on, one half is white, the other half is a light blue. The remote colours don't turn up ho they're portrayed, most of the greens and blues look exactly the same, and the purple in which I bought this for is blue as well. It does it's job otherwise, but the selection of colours is a bit of a let down when you actually have them in your hands.
