DGT 3000 Limited Edition Chess Timer Chess Clock,color-wooden,for-All Ages

Very good clock, all chess features included and has great looks. Only gripe is that the battery holder could have been better designed, the spring is too strong and pushes the battery out. Not a deal breaker as the battery lid is sturdy and latches holding battery in place and overall build quality, look and feel is very good. If you fancy a great chess clock that feels (and costs as well) premium, absolutely go for it.

This chess clock is amazing. I'd like this a 10 out of 10. Here, the chess clock is able to handle a lot of options. It complies with FIDE and USCF rules and regulations for chess clocks. Its finishing feels like it's wood, although it weight about 450 grams and is lightweight. It is easy to use, particularly when we need time controls of 3, 4 or even 5 periods. The clock speed is same as the real world time. Therefore, it doesn't go faster or slower than that. It is used by international arbiters and is used in chess tournaments. I set up four time controls of: 1. 50/120, 20/60, SD/15 + 30 sec (from move 71) 2. G/150 3. G/180 4. G/120 (typical classical match) and all of these were easy to set up within 10 minutes. This comes under 'value for money', so go for it if you are an avid chess player. It's size is acceptable to international arbiters. The finishing has been done and is wood-like, although it's lightweight. Have a great day!

I bought this at around 5k last year but after india's world championship win by Gukesh they jacked up the price to more than twice the original amount! Crazy part is that, this is cheaper when imported from abroad.

No tiene mucho secreto, es un reloj para jugar al ajedrez, pero este modelo tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un reloj de esto. Aprobado por Fide, edición limitada, acabados en imitación madera. Queda muy chulo, profesional, premium. No es barato, pero si te gusta mucho jugar, ten en cuenta que es algo que no se va a estropear (la "electrónica" es realmente simple), que te va a durar toda la vida, así que posiblemente sea una buena inversión.

I liked this clock, what I do not like about it is that the limited edition is not true! They say that it is limited product over time not by number of items.
