Camera Flash Diffuser,Eliminate Harsh Light and Shadow,Foldable with Storage Bag Easy Install Flash Diffuser Camera Accessories

I needed a light flash defuser for an outing I am going on. One that would fit easly in my small camera bag. And this is perfect. And did a good job when I tested it at home. With one little flaw.... It dang near put my eye out when I removed it from the package. I opened the pouch. And it just exploded And worse... I don't know how to refold it with out breaking it! And now dos not fit inside my bag. Well least it did not add any more weight to the bag. Just wished it wasn't so springy...

One downside is that it is TIGHT on my canon rf100mm macro. Other than that, cheap, simple, does its job well. Photo was taken using diffuser.

This flash diffuser is incredibly simple, but surprisingly effective. It's incredibly lightweight, folds up almost flat, and comes with a little carrying bag (which is necessary to keep it folded). It's not going to get you super-soft light like a huge softbox or a shoot-through umbrella but it works very well for on-camera flash work and softens light without losing much light. So far I've only used it for macro photos and I'm pleasantly pleased, particularly for the price. Harsh shadows are now nicely feathered and not distracting. I attached a photo of the diffuser mounted to my RF 100mm Macro and it is an INCREDIBLY tight fit. It's tall enough to completely cover the flash head on my LumoPro LP180. There's definitely bigger, bulkier, more expensive diffusers out there that probably produce 'better' light, but this one is really cheap and really lightweight. So far so good.

Nothing fancy, does the job

Shoddy construction, item arrived ripped. The diffuser comes in a pouch, so it can be folded for storage. However, it did not fit on my lens Zeiss Touit 50mm) at all, the hole is way too wide so it drops and it's not stable at all. Wanted to buy a cheap option, guess in this case it wasn't worth it. Do not recommend.

I was really hoping that this diffuser would work for me but unfortunately it is more trouble than it’s worth. I tried using it for macro photography however, I’m constantly struggling to hold it in place and it rotates whenever I rotate the lens. If I didn’t hold it and I took a shot, I would then realize that it rotated and it resulted in the photo not getting diffused. For really close up shots when I’m near flowers or shrubs, it would twist if it came in contact with the foliage. I decided to go with a diffuser that straps into my flash to avoid the hassle. Just to be clear, the product does provide diffusion and the photos are beautiful when it does. If you’re ok with holding onto it constantly then it’s not a bad product especially because of the price.

Only have a built-in flash? No problem. This diffuser is simple, cheap, and works perfectly. It can also direct the angle of the light. Sample picture taken using Canon 70D+Tamron 18-270+macro filter+built-in flash+this diffuser

Poor fit. Shoddy construction might have been used prior. Many loose threads and starting to rip at seam on edge. Very hard to fold up. No way to attach to smaller macro lenses. Sending it back. I guess the AK and Cygnus you get what you pay for.

Lo utilizo para fotografía macro, ya que ayuda a iluminar el área a la que, de otra manera, la luz del flash no llegaría por la obstrucción del propio lente. Se puede guardar fácilmente en su estuche pegándolo en forma de ocho y no ocupa mucho espacio.

Bad in quality. But do the job.

Compact, foldable, easy carry. It's a very tight fit around my AF-S VR Micro-NIKKOR 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED lens, but it does manage. Does a good job as a diffuser with the flip-up flash set to +0.7 EV, or a SB-800 set to +0 EV.
