Does this metal case impede wireless (WiFi/Bluetooth)?

Yes it does impede WiFi.... so much so in my situation that I need to go to wired Ethernet cable.

Does this case impede the ability to plug in some micro hdmi cables like some plastic cases on the market?

I had no problem plugging in the micro HDMI cables I bought. And so far, I have not seen a reviewer either who complained about that. (I have watched quite a few reviews on YouTube both before and after purchasing this case.)

Can we get a black case that doesn't say Kodi on it???

If you bought one of each case version, you could swap the plastic plates to have an all-black one and still have pieces left for a second Pi 4. Interesting option if you have another project that you don't care about how it looks.
