Great product at a great price... Have used all the attachments and they work amazingly well! Made life much easier

I recently bought the Inalsa Easy Prep Mixer. The machine is superfast. The shredding function works really well for vegetables like cabbage and green leafy vegetables. The slicer is suitable for cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes, but the slices come out very thin, and unfortunately, there’s no option for thicker slices. The French fry cutter didn’t perform well. It is easy to clean, though a bit noisy during operation. The build quality and safety features are good. Overall, it’s worth the price for basic shredding and slicing, but not ideal if you want thicker cuts or good-quality fries.

This product is not good, kneading stopped working after a month, motor will be on but kneading won't work, it gets struck. Support is worst, they are not reachable on the numbers shared. Pls do not buy this product or any product of INalsa. There is no service available for the products. Still I am struggling to get in touch with service centre.

Inalsa food processor has a good ergonomic design. Performs all major functions in the kitchen is ideal for Indian kitchens and great value for money.I had a great experience talking to Muskan who walked me through the process of operating the new food processor the first time. She was courteous, patient and very very helpful. Thank you.

Initially I had some issue with closing the lid. Customer care was very helpful in sorting it out. It is now working fine. I find it very convenient for fine chopping, grating and atta kneading. Very useful appliance to have in kitchen.

Apparently, using a dough kneading machine for kneading dough beyond a certain mystery limit is considered misuse.The best part?The “2-year warranty” practically covers only the motor.
