I recently bought the INSLA food processor and I am very happy with it. It is very easy to use and helps me cut vegetables quickly, which saves a lot of time in the kitchen. The blades are sharp and the cutting is smooth. The design is also good and easy to clean. It is perfect for daily use like chopping onions, tomatoes, and other vegetables. Overall, this is a very helpful product for anyone who wants to make cooking faster and easier. I would recommend it to others. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

This is a good product, but it needs some improvements. The kneading capacity should be increased, and a heavier, better-quality gear should be used. With regular use, the kneading gear tends to get damaged, and I had to replace it once. The replacement price is quite costly. Also, the French fries shape attachment does not give good results. Overall, it is a good product. I have used it until last year, and except for the kneading gear issue, it has performed well.

DO NOT BUY this product I would say dont buy this brand at all. The food processor isn’t working now, contacted customer care they raised a Complaint and now the technician Mr Sampath called and asked me to send a video of the product while using it so he understands the problem. He does not want to come to the site to check instead he wants me to use flour ans waste it to just show him the problem. He also said its a matter of 20-30 rupees item wasted. Seriously ? AVOID this brand dont waste ur money

It’s a great product!

It's a very usefull product.. In the beginning I wasnt able to switch it on, and i contacted customer support, Miss Preethi guided me very well, she was patient the whole time, through her I got to know how to fix the jar and then later the food processor got switched on. Thank u Miss Preethi. This processor is budget friendly and does all the work in minutes, in blink of an eye! It has minimum noise, speed is also very good. Overall a Good Product for everyday use 5/5

Value for money

Very disappointing product and service. The product developed problems within just 3 months, even though it is still under the warranty period. Despite the warranty, the technician asked me to pay ₹1,300 for the repair. Customer care was not helpful and did not provide a proper resolution. If a product is under warranty, customers should not be asked to pay such charges without a clear explanation. Overall, a very poor after-sales service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product.
